Auto-Renewals a. Subscription Services: Some of our services may be offered on a subscription basis with an auto-renewal feature. b. Notification: Users will be notified via email at least 5 days before any auto-renewal occurs. This notification will include the renewal date and instructions on how to cancel if desired. c. Cancellation: Users may cancel auto-renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting our customer support. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to prevent charges. d. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for charges resulting from failure to cancel an auto-renewal subscription before the renewal date. e. Price Changes: In the event of a price change for a subscription service, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Users will have the option to cancel their subscription before the new price takes effect. f. Payment Method: Users are responsible for keeping their payment method information up-to-date. If we are unable to charge the payment method on file, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription after multiple failed attempts.
